CALL ON THE LORD

PROVERBS 18:10 AMP  “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs to it and is safe and set on high [far above evil].”

Because:  Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

ROMANS 10:13  “If there is one action that I have applied in my life and that I know works, it is to call on The Name of the Lord when I need protection.”

PSALM 50:15  “Call on Me in the day of trouble; I will rescue you, and you shall honour and glorify Me.”

When we call on The Name of The Lord, God gives us protection and salvation. When we call on His Name it is as good as going into a place of safe keeping.

A few years ago, someone aimed a gun at me.  Before he pulled the trigger, I said “In the Name of Jesus, you will not shoot me”.  He did shoot but the bullet went into the wall behind me without a mark on me.

The Lord supernaturally saved my son from drowning when I called upon the Name of the Lord. This is how the Lord helps everyone who calls on His Name in faith.  Think of David and Goliath; Daniel’s friends in the fire.  He is our Shepherd, call upon Him.
