BE THANKFUL

LUKE 17:17-19  “[17] Jesus asked, “Weren’t all ten healed? Where are the other nine? [18] Didn’t anyone else return and give praise to God except this outsider?” [19] Then Jesus said to him, “Get up and go. Your faith has healed you.”

Ten lepers begged Jesus to be healed. Jesus gave them an order, go show yourselves to the priests. All ten believed, went on the word Jesus’ spoke and were healed.  Only one went back and thanked Jesus.  Jesus asked where the others were.  How often do we ask the Lord to help us?

How often do we say thank you?

The Word tells us 1 THESSALONIANS 5:18  “Be thankful in everything, because this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

PSALM 50:14 says  “give thanks to God and pay your vows”.

Today let’s thank the Lord for everything He does for us, let’s focus on every good thing, and say THANK YOU Father.
