ACTUALLY THE QUEEN OF HELL
Extra-Biblical sources point to the origin of Baal worship to Semiramis, wife of Nimrod, and her son Tammuz. She credited herself with the title “Queen of Heaven”, this “monarchy” claiming the worship of their subjects. This extremely wicked woman had sex with her own son, she demanded blood sacrifices and inaugurated temple prostitution. After her death her reputation expanded, so that she continued to be regarded as a goddess among many nations and cultures. Even after the complete destruction of Babylon, that arch-whore of all cities, which had developed satanic religions, the spiritual influence still grew up to the present day. The modern-day witches’ magazine Circle Network reported as follows:

By countless names, in myriad forms and disguises, she was the ‘Dream and the Matrix of Knowing’, invoked and adored, enchanted and discovered within the heart and spirit of her children. With power and Magic, in love and strength did she then, as now, reveal her greatest secret; that within lies the source of her creation coiled in the infinite potential at the base of our spines. With the joy of her return upon us, let the Serpents rise!
GODDESS WITH A 100 NAMES
Witches recognise the hundreds of names of their goddess, while each has the choice of worshipping her in the way that suits her best. This she was and is being worshipped as: Isis of Egypt, Kali of India, Cybele of Rome, Diana and Artemis of Ephesus and Asia, Ishtar and Astarte in Babylon, Asherah and Ashtoreth in Israel and Canaan. Other names attributed to her are, for instance, Aphrodite, by the Greeks, and Venus or Juno by the Romans, and in other cultures she is known as Kwan, Yin, Durga, Hecate, Demeter, Frigg.
ROOT THEM OUT
Baal, Chemosh, Baal-Hammon, and so on, demanded the sacrifice of human blood. These practices were atrocious in the eyes of God; therefore He ordered the Israelites on their entry to Canaan to wipe out those nations living there and worshipping those idols. They were, as has been said, descendants of Nimrod, therefore God wanted them to be rooted out, as He said in Deuteronomy 20:16-18:
But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth. But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee. That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin against the LORD your God.
DISOBEDIENCE IN GOD’S EYES
As we know, the Israelites did not obey the command, with the result that they were eventually also prone to the devilish practices of these nations, as described in 2 Kings 17:16-20:
And they left all the commandments of the LORD their God, and made them molten images, even two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal. And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger. Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel and removed them out of his sight: there was none left but the tribe of Judah only. Also Judah kept not the commandments of the LORD their God but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made. And the LORD rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight.
If they had but carried out the Lord’s command, the earth would then already have been cleared of this wickedness which is threatening to overpower us these days!
SACRIFICE OF CHILDREN
Jezebel, wife of king Ahab, who induced the Israelites to worship Baal, and who had images of Ashera erected, was a (great) aunt of Dido, founder of the city of Carthage in 814 BC on the North African coast. There Jezebel’s moon goddess Ashera was worshipped as Tanit, and her temple was known as the Altar of the Heavenly Virgin. When the Romans invaded Carthage in 146 BC, they discovered a massive graveyard of children who had been sacrificed over the past 600 years to the goddess Tanit and her masculine peer Baal-Hammon. Even the toughest soldiers, although themselves familiar with human sacrifices, were so shocked with this custom of sacrificing (burning) children alive that they willingly took part in the complete destruction of the city.
SACRIFICE IN CARTHAGE
The Phoenicians were generally known as one of the most developed nations of the time, being experienced sea-farers, highly developed in various trades as well as commerce, and famous builders of cities and harbours. Yet this high level of civilization did not restrain them from this gruesome custom of child sacrifice. Archaeological excavations actually showed that the sacrifices increased in relation to the rise in civilization: According to the Biblical Archaeology Review, January/February 1984:
…Another surprising conclusion of our research is that child sacrifice at Carthage was largely an upper-class custom, at least until the third century BC.
GODDESS OF THE CROSSROADS
Ancient Greek mythology adhered to faith in the goddess Hecate, goddess of the witches of Thessaly, in the north of Greece. The following invocation was found:
Hellish, Earthly and Heavenly … goddess of the crossroads, guiding the light, Queen of the Night, enemy of the sun, friend and companion of darkness; you who rejoice … to see blood flow; you who wander amidst the tombs of darkness, thirsty for blood and the terror of mortals; Gorgo, Mormo, moon of a thousand shifting forms…
Apuleius, a classical Latin scholar, himself involved in witchery, listed the following objects in meeting places of her disciples: incense, occult objects with magic symbols, claws and beaks of crows and similar birds, various parts of human flesh, the noses of crucified victims, flasks containing human blood, as well as human skulls.
THE DARK MOTHER
From the furthest corner of the earth to another the traces of the wicked goddess with her gruesome thirst for the blood of innocent children can be found. In India she is being worshipped as the Dark Mother, Kala Ma, and as late as 1985 reports on human sacrifices appeared in the London Observer Service, such as the following:
HUMAN SACRIFICES ON ALTARS IN INDIA
India’s Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi has ordered an inquiry into human sacrifices following a report that three teenage boys were slain at the altar of the goddess Bana-Durga. Police believe the June 15 deaths in the Orissa state capital, Rangpur, were the handiwork of a master Tantric – a priest who practiced human sacrifice to appease the goddess… In the last eight years an estimated 150 cases of human sacrifice deaths had been recorded. In addition, a large member of unexplained deaths was reported, of which 400 had not been recorded, all related to witchcraft and human sacrifice.
